Product Business Development Specialist Large & Wide Format for CEE – based in Vienna
As Product Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for over 20 countries. The successful candidate will appreciate working in a dynamic and adaptable organisation which is a major player in the international field.
Responsibilities & tasks:
- You will be responsible for the RSO revenue and profit responsibility for the WFP product portfolio, incl. consumables and media, for assigned countries of CEE region
- You will be in charge for the Channel management (incl. regular customer and partner visits in the region with local sales and business development)
- You building up retail and open distribution channel and develop campaign and promotions ➢ You execute marketing activity, including campaigns and trainings and provide sales presentation and sales trainings
- You develop sales incentives and define channel policy
- You provide overview market research and tracking of competitor activities on regional level
- You will define operational marketing plans, objectives and KPIs and monitor business results for the RSO
- You develop regional and local pricing strategy together with local Business Developers
Required skills & qualifications:
- You have Marketing, Business or other related degree of advantage
- You have reasonable product knowledge in this field and market knowledge
- Ideally you have experience in multinational companies
- You are fluent in English, any other CEE languages are of advantage
- You have advanced data analysis skills and good presentation skills
- Your passion is to crate customer value and create innovative solutions. You prefer to work together in a team environment with your own responsibilities
Details
- You can expect a rewarding remuneration. The salary has fixed and variable parts, with an expected yearly total of € 58,800 gross, and additional pay depending on qualification and experience. An additional package with e.g. travel & accident insurance is among the benefits of this position ➢ The work will be based in Vienna, in an international work environment with around 20% travelling within CEE countries.
